What is your Refund Policy

Refunds are for exchange only.

We will be happy to assist you in exchanging items and returned products will be credited for exchange only. Items must include a Return Material Authorization prior to items being received by Shotridge.com. Please contact us at 206-567-5826 or sue@shotridge.com for return authorizations.

Order Processing Information

We strive to complete and ship orders as soon as they are placed, generally the same business day. Orders placed through Shotridge.com may be processed within 7-10 business days from the date of completed payments depending on product availability. We ship orders twice a week on Wednesday and Friday’s. 

Our average processing time after receipt of your order is 48 hours!

Shipping Policy

Standard Shipping

We are currently changing our standard shipping to USPS First Class service along with Priority Service Options. Please call us at 206-567-5826 for any specific shipping need.

Canada Shipping

Canada shipping service is through USPS Service

International Shipping

Yes, we ship to many countries worldwide. Please contact us at 206-567-5826 or sue@shotridge.com for the exact shipping cost.

Gift Cards

 A great way to give shotridge products to anyone. You can purchase a card and we will send you the gift card that you can send to anyone or print the gift card and send via mail.

Our gift cards can be used to purchase any shotridge.com product!

Gift cards are delivered by email and contain instructions to redeem them at checkout. Our gift cards have no additional processing fees, they can also be used for shipping costs.

Simply select the dollar amount you would like to purchase and be sure in the comment section at checkout to give us the e-mail address that you would like the card sent. 

You can also print out the gift card once purchased with the unique card number to give to your chosen recipient.

Create Account/Log In (returning customers)

There are 2 ways to create an account on shotridge.com

1. Select “create an account” in the upper right portion of the menu bar and you will be directed to a page where you can enter  and save your information for current or future shopping

2. At checkout, you can simply select the Save this information for next time option and your information will be saved for the next time you visit shotridge.com

How to use search

We have a full search function for shotridge.com. You can use the search box on the main header of each page or the search page to find your favorite Shotridge Collection product. For example, enter “raven” into either search box and see what you find!
